Chemonics International Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Chemonics”), through its locally registered entity, Chemonics Kosovo, under the USAID/Kosovo e-Governance Activity, USAID Contract No. 7200AA21D00015/72016723F00001, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for an awardee to implement a subcontract to carry out a Data Management Training in Data Management Association (DAMA) Data Management Body of Knowledge (DMBOK)

This activity aims to engage a company or an organization to leverage its experience and provide assistance to AIS and select ministries/agencies responsible for maintaining registries and data in developing capacities to ensure data quality and effective data management, including information integrity, for the digital services they produce. To achieve these objectives, it is imperative to build capacities in international best practices in data management training for AIS, DGU, and other key GoK units responsible for managing data and registries. Attached RFP contains all the necessary information for interested Offerors.

Chemonics realizes that Offerors may have additional questions after reading this RFP, covering all potential aspects of the potential proposal, including technical, management, financial and cost proposal issues. All questions or clarifications regarding this RFP must be in writing and submitted to [email protected] , no later than April 30, 2024, at 12:00(noon). Questions and requests for clarification, and the responses thereto, will be circulated to all RFP recipients who have indicated an interest in this RFP by May 3, 2024, CoB.
