Chemonics International Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Chemonics”), through its locally registered entity, Chemonics Kosovo, under the USAID/Kosovo e-Governance Activity, USAID Contract No. 7200AA21D00015/72016723F00001, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for an awardee to implement a subcontract to carry out a survey on public satisfaction with digital services.

This activity aims to engage a company or an organization to leverage its experience and

conduct a survey to assess public satisfaction with digital services, particularly those provided through the e-Kosova platform. The scope of the survey includes a thorough examination of public awareness with the e-Kosova platform, usage patterners, and overall satisfaction level. Additionally, the survey aims to evaluate the use of feedback mechanisms on the e-Kosova platform and impact of security and privacy features on user trust. Attached RFP contains all the necessary information for interested Offerors.

Chemonics realizes that Offerors may have additional questions after reading this RFP, covering all potential aspects of the potential proposal, including technical, management, financial and cost proposal issues. All questions or clarifications regarding this RFP must be in writing and submitted to [email protected] , no later than April 30, 2024, at 12:00(noon). Questions and requests for clarification, and the responses thereto, will be circulated to all RFP recipients who have indicated an interest in this RFP by May 3, 2024, CoB.
