Are you a trading enthusiast with a knack for chat-based sales?
Emerald Marketing FZCO is seeking a skilled Sales Agent to work remotely and help guide potential clients to our premium trading services.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with Prospects: Connect with potential clients daily from anywhere in the world, guiding them through our exclusive trading offerings.
• Personalise Interactions: Utilize our script as a foundation to create tailored, engaging conversations that resonate with each prospect.
• Deliver Excellence: Provide top-notch service and support in every interaction, ensuring a high-quality experience for every client.

Shifts:

Full Time - 8 hours per day (40 hours per week)

• Monday - Friday:
  • Morning: 09:00 - 18:00 CEST
  • Midday: 13:00 - 22:00 CEST
  • Evening: 15:00 - 00:00 CEST
• Saturday: 12:00 - 21:00 CEST
• Sunday: 13:00 - 22:00 CEST

What We’re Looking For:

• Trading Experience: Solid background in trading is essential.
• Sales Skills: Proven expertise in chat-based sales with strong psychological tactics.
• Languages: Fluent in both German and English.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Docs, Word, and Excel.
• Organised & Communicative: Excellent organizational skills and clear, effective communication.
