ProCredit Bank Kosovo is currently looking to recruit a full-time:

Business Analyst – Card Business for

Digital Channels and Business Support Department

Business Analyst for the card business, evaluates and optimize various aspects of the card services, including credit/debit cards, and other payment solutions. Their primary focus is to analyze the card business operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide insights to support decision-making and growth.

Main responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the card business, including transaction data, customer demographics, profitability metrics, and market trends.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of card transaction data, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand client needs and gather requirements for card-related initiatives. Documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with vendors and or payment schemes for implementation of project related to cards.
  • Participate in the design and testing of new card products and features, ensuring they align with operational capabilities and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to card operations, such as transaction success rates, processing times, and error rates, providing insights to management for decision-making.
  • Documenting processes, procedures, and system requirements related to card business activities. Providing training and support to end-users on new features, processes, and systems.
  • Stay updated with relevant industry regulations and ensure the card business operates in compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • University degree in the field of business administration, finance, or information technology.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Very good command of English language (spoken and written)
  • Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
  • Highly self-motivated and strong customer service orientation
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
