Background

The ASSOCIATION CONCORDIA Projekte Sociale is a non-governmental organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable children, youth, and families in Kosovo. Our mission is to create sustainable change through education, psycho-social support, empowerment, and advocacy. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Communication and Storytelling Responsible to join our team and help amplify the voices of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Storytelling and Content Creation:
  • Develop compelling stories that highlight the impact of our work on children, youth, and families.
  • Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, websites, and donor reports.
• Communication Strategy:
  • Design and implement communication campaigns to promote CONCORDIA’s mission and initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
• Social Media Management:
  • Manage and grow CONCORDIA’s social media presence by creating and curating impactful posts.
  • Monitor engagement and adapt strategies to increase visibility and interaction.
• Partnerships and Advocacy:
  • Collaborate with local and international partners to amplify advocacy efforts.
  • Support the organization’s fundraising campaigns through targeted communication strategies.
• Media Relations:
  • Draft press releases and establish strong relationships with media outlets.
  • Coordinate media coverage for events and key milestones.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in communication, content creation, or storytelling roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Albanian and English (knowledge of Serbian is an advantage).
• Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and basic graphic design tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for social change and commitment to CONCORDIA’s mission.
• Commits to respect CONCORDIA Child Protection Policy and all the other policies and procedures of the organization.
• Driving license category B.
