Call for Expression of Interest for Translation Services for Solidar Suisse SEE

1. Introduction

Solidar Suisse SEE is seeking expressions of interest from qualified vendors to provide translation services. The purpose of this EOI is to identify potential vendors who can support the translation needs of our mission program implementation.

We invite interested vendors to submit an Expression of Interest to demonstrate their capability and expertise in providing translation services.

2. About Solidar Suisse

Solidar Suisse is an international organization with approximately 10-50 employees operating across multiple regions. We are seeking a translation company to meet the needs of our organization during the implementation of various projects in the region.

3. Scope of Translation Services

We are seeking a translation company capable of delivering, but not limited to, the following core services:

Translation services for different projects:

• Project text materials;
• Translation/interpretation services during projects events in Albanian, Serbian, Bosnian and English (vice versa);
• Provision of equipment for interpretation;
• Sound systems;
• Interpreter cabins.

4. Evaluation Criteria

Best value for money, using an 80/20 weighting between technical quality and price.

5. Submission Requirements

Interested vendors should submit the following information by 07.02.2025:

• Company Profile: Include background, size, areas of expertise, and registration certificate.
• Technical Offer: Provide details on your approach and capability.
• Financial Offer: Include pricing per page, half-day, and full-day services.
• Expert Credentials: Submit CVs of experts and interpretation licenses.

All EOIs should be submitted via email to hr@solidar-suisse-kos.org by 07.02.2025 at 16:00h.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

All information provided in response to this EOI will be treated confidentially. Vendors are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of Solidar Suisse and its employees.

7. Next Steps

Following the submission of EOIs, Solidar Suisse will review the submissions and may invite selected vendors to participate in a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) process or conduct further discussions. Please note that submission of an EOI does not guarantee selection or participation in the next phase of the procurement process.
