Position Overview:
As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for generating high-quality appointments through outbound calls. You’ll be working 10 AM–6 PM Chicago Central Time, engaging with potential clients, and helping drive business growth.
Requirements:
Experience in cold calling & appointment setting (required)
Previous experience working American hours (required)
Solar or energy experience is a plus but not mandatory
Strong communication and persuasive skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Performance & Compensation:
Base Salary: $740/month
Bonuses & Earnings Potential:
- Minimum Performance: 1 appointment/day, 25 monthly appointments, 15 sits → $450 in bonuses
- Expected Performance: 2 appointments/day, 40 monthly appointments, 20 sits → $900 in bonuses
- Target Performance: 3+ appointments/day, 60+ monthly appointments, 30 sits → Higher earnings & additional incentives!
Closed sales = Additional commissions!
