Brand Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing strategies for marketing
- Improving brand recognition and reputation
- Analyzing market trends, competitors’ methods, campaigns success
- Setting brand standards, mission, and goals
- Improving the brand’s reach to customers
- Researching consumer markets and opportunities.
- Working closely with sales department to turn marketing campaigns and strategies in achieved targets
- Researching and tracking performance and reactions
- Reviewing success of campaign and developing ways to improve on brand recognition
- Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies
- Focus on developing a brand’s profit and loss performance, image and positioning compared to competitors.
- Producing reports for every brand under your care and their progress
Brand Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor degree (BA or BS) in business, marketing, or related field
- MBA or any Master degree in business, marketing, or related field is an advantage
- High proficiency level of English (IELTS, TOEFL and TOEIC is preferable)
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledgeable in Digital Marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A valid driver’s license
- Strong project management skills
- Up-to-date on latest industry trends
- Good interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of the brand and its position in the market
Age of candidate should be from 22 to 40 years old.
