Tasks Overview:
We are looking for an ERP Admin to join the Teleperformance Digital Transformation Team. This position will own the Expense management software data process end to end. As an ERP Admin, you will provide day-to-day support to the various end-users. This role will provide support and guidance to assess the scope of incoming issues and determine what, if any, resolution steps should be performed.
Your tasks will include:
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Company’s Travel and Reservation software – including giving necessary application support for users
- Data entry and management of travel and reservation-related data (e.g., rate, dates, hotel, etc.)
- Create and Edit Sales documentation (e.g., manifests, final customer documentation, invoices)
- Create SOPs / documentation for new Reservation system
- Application support and administration for the software
- Importing / Exporting data from the software
What we expect from you:
- BSc in Information Technology, Business Management or Information Systems
- 2+ year of experience working with CRM/ERP, especially with Data Entry ( preferably with Expedia, Chromeriver, Egencia, SAP or Salesforce)
- Fluency in English language (spoken and written)
- Report Writing experience (e.g., Crystal Report, Excel) is a plus
- Friendly and helpful customer support attitude
