Munch Cafe is preparing to open its doors, and we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Café Manager to join our team and lead daily operations.

Position: Café Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Prishtina

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café operations and staff scheduling
• Maintain excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage inventory and supplier orders
• Ensure high quality of coffee drinks, waffles, crêpes, and other menu items
• Train and support staff in service standards and product knowledge
• Handle cash management and POS systems

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Café Manager or Supervisor (required)
• Strong knowledge of coffee brands, espresso preparation, latte art and beverage menu creation
• Experience in preparing or overseeing waffles and crêpes is a strong advantage
• Good command of the English language
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality
