Job Overview
The Travel Administrative Assistant executes operational and administrative tasks in order to support countries in which Teleperformance is present, in the management and reporting of travel expenses.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring the activity of the tool;
- Ensuring the onboarding of new Countries;
- Harmonizing the process and nomenclature in the tool;
- Training and supporting users using tool;
- Ensuring the correct execution of global procurement policy;
- Communicating regularly with Local team and PSC Director;
- Escalating process to Corporate groups, Category leaders and Business units;
Main Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- +2 years in a Travel agency or in an administrative role
- Knowledge of expenses management systems Concur, Certify, Coupa, Rydoo or Chromeriver (is a plus)
- Business fluent language skills in English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft programs
- Administrative knowledge (Cost management and Controlling)
- Familiarity with travel documentation management and reporting
