Request for Quotation for Services: "Media Monitoring, Social Listening and Communication KPI Analysis Services"

UNICEF Kosovo wishes to invite qualified companies to submit a quotation for Media Monitoring, Social Listening and Communication KPI Analysis Services.

Please prepare your quotation in accordance with the requirements specified in the attached document titled “Request for Quotation (LRQS-2026-9204400)” and submit it to UNICEF as outlined below.

• Review all the requirements and specifications of this Request for Quotation carefully.
• The quotation form (LRQS-2026-9204400) must be completed, signed, and returned to UNICEF.
• The financial proposal shall be submitted in EURO (EUR).
• Taxes – All financial proposals shall be submitted without VAT, as UNICEF is exempt from taxes.
• Language of offer – All quotations, supporting documents, and correspondence exchanged between UNICEF and bidders in relation to this RFQ process shall be in English.
• All correspondence, notifications, and requests for clarifications related to this RFQ shall be sent to: UNICEF Kosovo, Email: [email protected] .
• The company should be legally registered and licensed to operate in Kosovo. A copy of the valid business registration certificate must be submitted.
• Technical Proposal should include the company profile, methodology, proposed team, track record, work samples, source coverage, monitoring tools, reporting approach, and implementation timeline.
• Financial Proposal should be submitted separately and clearly indicate prices per deliverable/component requested in the RFQ.
• Technical quotations may be submitted electronically via email to [email protected] or physically at the UNICEF Kosovo Office.
• Financial proposals must be submitted separately in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Media Monitoring, Social Listening and Communication KPI Analysis Services for UNICEF Kosovo” and delivered to: UNICEF Kosovo, Str. Ukshin Hoti, Pejton, C3/2A, Prishtinë, Kosovo
• Deadline for submission of offers: 19 June 2026, 15:00 hrs.
