Software Engineers
Oxford Property Group is a NYC-based, national, entrepreneurial real estate brokerage. We’ve nearly doubled in size over the past year, and now house over 900 agents and service tens of thousands of real estate customers. Our organizational structure is very flat, and our office atmosphere is casual and familial.
We have been building an in-house technology platform for the past 6 years. We’re re-investing in technology as a core driver of value in our business, with an eye toward selling our in-house product nationally and internationally. We know equipping real estate agents and consumers with intelligent software tools will be the key differentiator in our industry over the next 10 years. To that end:
- We are looking for Software Engineers of all levels
- Front-end React.js experience ideal as well as experience with Next.Js would be an advantage.
- Back-end preferred Python, although a good candidate is expected to adapt to new languages easily due to microservice architecture.
- We are looking for people who have a fundamental understanding of programming and are comfortable switching to new programming languages and frameworks.
- Cloud experience with AWS is an advantage
