Job Profile – PR Manager– Full-Time Position – Re-Advertising
The PR Manager will report directly to the President and Dean of Faculty and is primarily responsible for a wide – range of activities leading the public relations functions of the RITK and representing the RITK to external media sources of the official RITK Spokesperson and provide high-level communications on behalf of executive leadership.
The incumbent is responsible to manage marketing and communications plan, manages media relations for RITK, and ensures positive public image for the RITK. The PR Manager plans and disseminates internal and external communication of information through various media that is designated to keep public informed of RITK’s programs, accomplishments or points of view. Writes, edits, reviews and assures appropriate distribution of communication/public relations material that have a RITK wide impact including news/press releases, articles, speeches, online information services, broadcast scripts, production and publication of communication/public relations materials and related communication internally and externally including managing the posts of social media. The PR Manager supervises the Graphic Designer/Copywriter and Webmaster Administrator
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree (Master’s preferred) in journalism, political science, marketing, PR, communications or related fields; Minimum of five – years’ experience in a similar environment preferred; Experience communicating with the press and other media; knowledge of local and regional media contacts and proven ability to develop such relationships quickly; advanced writing, communication, and presentations skills; ability to write executive level communications for internal and external audiences; knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and standards for the management and disclosure of public information.

Job Profile – Webmaster Administrator– Full-Time Position
The Webmaster Administrator has primarily responsibility to direct RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) online presence while projecting a vibrant, qualitative, brand-aligned voice across all digital platforms. The Webmaster Administrator works closely with all departments and defines the standards for website appearance, structure and content. The Webmaster Administrator reports to the PR Manager and provides strategic direction and leadership for web-based project management, content management, processes, and software selection.
The incumbent is responsible for RITK websites and other digital presences are functional, user-friendly, visually pleasing, and up to date; fulfills all webmaster roles, from design and development to implementation, management and maintenance of website; ensures the web presence engages participants, alumni, donors, partners, and other allies; develops technical architecture of websites including scripting, database design, and user interface design; ensures the integrity of all code and links; generates, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take actions.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
University degree in Computer Science; experience in Drupal and WordPress; experience in web development and webmaster support site planning and layout of web applications, websites, and web related services and technology utilizing dynamic and static web interfaces using HTML, DHTML, VB Script, Java Scripts, and Cascading Style Sheets. Proficiency in search engine optimization best practices and online marketing.

Job Profile – Student Life Coordinator– Full-Time Position
The Student Life Coordinator performs tasks and provides high-level planning, organizing, and delivery of co-curricular and extra-curricular programs for students. This position reports to the President/Dean of Students and is responsible for coordinating student organizations, programs, and events within the College. The person in this role will help to create a learning community that contribute to the overall experience and success of students. This position’s responsibilities include: student housing, full logistical organization of events, excursions, program trips, including travel arrangement, entries, food and beverages, detailed itineraries and budget management.
The incumbent is responsible to design and coordinate regular student programming activities, including mapping of each event to ensure quantifiable learning in line with the RITK model. The incumbent needs to be a resource to program heads, academic advisors, and the institutional development office, and students on cultural awareness, local resources, transport, living in Prishtina, etc. Oversee the Student Government and coordinate all the tasks in relation with Student Government. Files student requests and complaints and directs them to the appropriate member of staff; administration for orientation activities that includes budget management, travel arrangements, material and pack preparation, etc.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred; experience with event management related to student activities on a larger scale; strong knowledge of Kosovo’s intellectual, cultural, ad business institutions and networks; experience working in a university or academic setting is preferred and experience living or working abroad or experience working with international students, specifically with U.S. student demographic is preferable.
