Virtual Real Estate Assistant
EPPC Kosovo on behalf of its client, a leading global real estate investor, asset manager and builder of businesses and teams, is recruiting a Virtual Real Estate Assistant.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting with the daily management of a portfolio of rental properties;
- Preparing forms, leases, board packages and documents;
- Maintain the accuracy of building and client files and documents to ensure accurate records are maintained;
- Basic Bookkeeping;
- Answer phone calls, messages, and emails promptly;
- Calendar management and organizing appointments;
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and competencies required:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role;
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Extremely organized and strong attention to detail;
- Consistent, flexible, and adaptable to change, a natural problem solver;
- Proficiency in Google G Suite and Microsoft Office;
- Able to work in EST time zone, and available 40 hours a week (full-time remote position).
