Based on the current organizational scheme and the need to fill vacancies in KEDS Divisions, the Human Resources Department, on 2022-08-06announces vacancies for the following positions:
Analyst
Key tasks and responsibilities :
- It is well informed about the procedures for resolving complaints/requests and related internal procedures.
- Accepts, registers and delegates customer complaints/requests for review to the responsible department and reports them continuously;
- Regulates contractual relations, draws up electricity supply contracts and registers them according to procedures;
- Depending on the customer’s request, it updates the personal data and the address respecting the procedures in force;
- Is constantly informed about clarifications of billing, prices, procedures, etc. and applies the same during customer service;
- Registers new connections, meter changes, tariff group changes, etc. as needed and requested by the leader;
- Constantly cooperates with meter readers and new connections;
- Prepares reports continuously for all tasks performed;
- Performs other tasks according to the request of the superior and the needs of the Department.
Requirements and qualifications :
- University Qualification, Field: Electrotechnical, Economic or Legal;
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in similar fields;
- To be a cooperative person and open to teamwork;
- Have analytical, research skills and a person attentive to details;
- Very good knowledge of the English language is preferred;
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office package and other programs that may be needed during work.
