We are hiring an E-commerce Support Specialist. This role comes with a great variety of tasks that will help you build a bank of di erent skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day operational management and trading of Twig’s inventory on eBay.
- Making sure the listing is correct.
- Build category and market expertise to identify and exploit sales opportunities on eBay.
- Content creation and management, using your copywriting and SEO skills to build content that drives tra c and sales.
- Monitor and grow customer review content.
- Develop expert understanding of the businesses’ long-term ambitions and current strategies and utilize insight to nd opportunities for growth.
- Work with the marketing team to align goals and maximize sales.
- Build range and promotional plans to acquire new customers.
- Grow other potential market-place sales including Depop, Vinted, Vestaire and more.
- Contribute to nding ways to achieve our sustainability targets delivering both short and mid term plans.
About you:
- 1+ years experience in e-commerce, digital marketing and/or marketplaces, speci cally relating to the following categories: fashion, luxury, electronics
- Selling experience outside of just eBay/Amazon is preferred
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships
- Good data analysis skills
- A proven strategic thinker and self-starter, who is capable of making sense of complex, high quantity information
