Job Description
- Implement page designs in standards-compliant dynamic XHTML, HTML5 and CSS, CSS3/ SCSS
- Work with development teams to translate designs into reality
- Understanding of cross browser compatibility issues and ways to overcome them
- Experience working with CMS development such as WordPress
- Stay up to date with trends and techniques of layout design/slicing
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Create unit testing and specific documentation of the code
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Front-end developer
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
- Knowledge of CSS frameworks like: Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS
- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS or SASS
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
- Good to have knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as ReactJS, AngularJS.
- Understanding of layout aesthetics
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Ensures websites are accessible and responsive across platforms
- Experience with graphic design applications of Adobe Suite such as: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems like: WordPress
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
- Preferred degree in Computer Science or similar
