Position: Graphic Designer (1 position)

GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for graphic design of all MDA promotional materials, including for all divisions and MDA Foundation.
Responsible for preparing storyboards and/or concept creation for Outreach and Communications projects.
Managing and updating information and engaging with users on social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Twitter,
Responsible for graphic design of project related promotional materials.
Maintain professional communications with clients and project stakeholders.
Perform other duties as delegated by managers.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
BA or BS preferred or prior relevant working experience.
Professional ability to speak and write in the Albanian and English languages. Knowledge of the Serbian language a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal direct oversight.
Direct professional experience in graphic design is required.
Basic knowledge of Web Design such as maintaining and updating information on the organization’s website.
Professional experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign (Adobe After Effects would be considered an asset)
Ability to work in a time-pressured work environment.
Team player.
Innovative and creative.
Must have minimum 3 years of experience.
