Human Resources Associate

Solaborate is actively seeking for a creative, dynamic, self-starter candidate for the Human Resources Associate position. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a fast-growing innovative company in a technological environment, on a global level.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the Recruiting Processes such as:

• Opening Job Positions.
• Sorting Applicants.
• Headhunting.
• Scheduling Interviews.

 

2. Assist in Documentation:

• Following up with candidates in regard to required documentation.
• Preparing Job Descriptions.
• Preparing Drafts of Contracts.

 

3. Assist in overall Culture of the Company:

• Organizing events.
• Abiding to the rules and procedures of the Company.
• Notifying colleagues on time, for changes and updates.

 

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in a similar position.
• Graduate in Law, Human Resources or a related field to the position (People from the IT Industry with good knowledge of document drafting are also incentivized to apply).
• Excellent organizational skills are a must.
• Excellent sense of integrity, confidentiality, commitment and reliability.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to provide quality and timely support and services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail. Good numerical skills.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure, with minimum supervision, and to sustain limited periods with workload peaks.
• Excellent IT skills with proficiency in the use of Google Docs and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of Labour Law and Human Resources best practices.
• Fluent speaking and writing in English.

 

Preferred:

Experience in using social media for candidate sourcing and outreach.

Tech savvy, good understanding of the industry.
