We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for collecting and translating user insights into meaningful experiences. Ultimately, the designer will be expected to create both functional and appealing features that address the users' needs. As a UX/UI designer the person we're looking for will work with other designers, product managers and development teams to together create and deliver strategy, information architecture, UI mockups, prototypes, design specs, MVPs, and final products.

Responsibilities  

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers;
• Illustrate ideas using storyboards, process flows, info architecture maps, wireframes, and prototypes;
• Design graphic user interface elements;
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes;
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders;
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems;
• Create and adhere to Design specs and guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:  

• Know how to distill simplicity from complex user requirements;
• Have proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role;
• Have both analytical skills together with creativity and eye for design – along with technical knowledge – to develop and demonstrate experiences;
• Have a Portfolio of UX/UI design projects;
• Know how to use the tools of the trade like, Figma, Adobe Xd, Adobe Illustrator;
• Experience with user research and translating insights from research to designs;
• Excellent communication skills both when interfacing with customers as well as when working with the team;
• Should be flexible, decisive and know how to put ego aside and focus on the needs of the customer;
• Should be able to handle large and complex projects;
• Should know how to define and prioritize problems to be tackled;
