In Kosovo, the team offers technical support to the company's operations contributing to the overall aim of the company, which is for guests to have a digitalized hospitality experience. The ambitious team consists of Software Developers, QA Engineers, Designers, Customer Service, Operations and Accounting.
We looking to create a new Squad of Software Developers (Mid-Senior: Backend/Frontend & Fullstack)
Who will you work with: Our team of Software Developers and Quality Assurance Engineers are organised into Squads. Squad is a group of 6-7 team members that are autonomous and end-to-end responsible to a specific customer need mission.
Qualifications:
- Computer Science/Engineering degree or relevant experience
- Proven min. 2 years of experience as Software Engineer (Mid-level to Senior)
- Proficient knowledge in: JavaScript, NodeJS, React, SQL/NoSQL, RESTful microservices
- Prefered experience in: AWS Services, CI/CD pipelines, Serverless framework
- Analytical mind with problem-solving attitude
- Practical knowledge of agile software development methodologies (e.g., XP, scrum)
- Self initiative and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Some of the responsibilities as below:
- Develop high-quality software design and architecture
- Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
- Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
- Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
- Review and debug code
- Perform validation and verification testing
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products
- Document development phases and monitor systems
- Ensure software is up-to-date with latest best practices
