To support our Revenue Team, we are looking for you: an Inventory Coordinator (m/f/x) who will recognize in our hotel reservation system where the number of guests and beds can be improved.

YOUR JOB

• In dealing with our booking system ASSD you can prove your skills as a Tetris champion
• You are responsible for optimizing the booked rooms or beds for the best possible availability
• You take care of the increase of the hotel utilization by lightning-fast reacting to "non-guaranteed" bookings
• You also work on the concerns of our guests in cross-team cooperation

YOUR PROFILE

• You are confident in dealing with computers - experience with reservation programs would be optimal
• You enjoy working with numbers and have a good visual understanding
• You like self-sufficiency - the optimisation of the beds is all yours!
• Flexible working hours are a must for you - you decide for yourself when you can work best
• You are fluent in German or English - of course we are happy about any other language you speak

a&o Hostels does not currently operate a hostel in Kosovo, but our Service Centre with approx. 50 employees in various departments is located in 10520 Pristina, Bërnicë e Epërme, in the building Restorant Berlini. This is also where the advertised position would be located.
