The ambitious team consists of Software Developers, QA Engineers, Designers, Customer Service, Operations and Accounting.
We are looking to create a team of Application Support Specialists that will be part of the overall Engineering team.
---About the Role---
The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for handling 1st level support inquiries for our internal teams. You will work closely with the Product team to become an expert user for our applications. Additionally, you’ll work with Engineering to understand common issues and resolution procedures.
As the first level of support, you’ll be expected to answer and document basic usage questions and troubleshooting procedures, and understand when issues need to be escalated and to whom.
