ProCredit Bank Kosovo is currently looking to recruit a full-time:
Payment Specialist for Payments and Back Office Department
Payment Specialist is responsible t0 perform qualitative and efficient payment operations related to client payment orders and other related transactions on national and international level.
Main responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely posting of payments and adjustment to/from costumer accounts
- Accountable for daily balancing of nostros and other related accounts for cash and payments transactions
- Complete necessary daily reporting requirements
- Ensuring that internal rules and regulation related to payment operations are implemented accordingly
- Maintain payment related systems / applications and implement continues improvements /solutions
- Good understanding of trends in worldwide Payment industry and ability to interrelate them in practice
- Establishes and maintain a culture of continuous improvement that focuses on efficiency/productivity
Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree in related field with Business, Finance, Business/Administration, Economics, information technology or computer science
- Experience in banking at least two years, preferably payment operations
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Very good command of English language (spoken and written)
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
- Highly self-motivated and strong customer service orientation
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
