REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

for Public Opinion Research

The National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI) is a US-based, nonprofit organization working to strengthen and expand democracy worldwide. Since 1999, NDI has worked in Kosovo together with political parties, civil society and elected representatives to promote democratic practices and increase citizen participation in the democratic processes.

NDI is seeking to identify a research company, which will be contracted to conduct quantitative and qualitative research for NDI’s programs funded by the United States Agency for International Development in Kosovo (USAID) and Swiss Cooperation Office in Kosovo (SDC) during a period of two years.

Offers will be evaluated based on a combination of price and value, which must include services for the total requirement. Proposals offering only part of the requirement will be rejected.

Evaluation criteria:

• Technical preparation and methodological proposal
• References of previous work with other local and international organizations
• Proposal Price

Interested companies are required to collect the Terms of Reference for the Public Opinion Research and Focus Groups by sending an email to [email protected]
