Position:
Telecommunications Engineer – Team Lead
Primary tasks:
Installing mobile base stations (BBU, RRU, fiber and DC cables, etc.)
Inspecting and testing the operation of telecommunications equipment on a regular basis to ensure proper functioning (use of Site Master, TEMS, JDSU, Thales, or similar tools)
Diagnosing and locating equipment faults, and adjusting, replacing telecommunications equipment
Installing, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical and electronic equipment and systems, or supporting steel structures
Submitting project status reports, filling of check-lists, inputs for As built documentation production
Performing other laboring and elementary tasks as required

Requirements:
At least (four year) high school degree in the field of electricity, electro-mechanics, telecommunications, and similar
Experience in managing telecommunications equipment of Mobile Operators
Understanding of transmission, broadcasting, control, and operation of telecommunications systems
Work on height license
Work experience in Scandinavian countries is an advantage, but not a must
Fluency in English
Driving license B category (BE Category is an advantage)
Independent and responsible person
Flexibility and ability to work in a team
