We are looking for a trustworthy, take-charge individual to join our growing business as an Architect.
Location: Prishtina, Kosovo
Type: Regular Full-Time
Duties and responsibilities:
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create drawings and plans.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers on projects.
- Determine the proper size and materials for products.
- Add details to architectural plans.
- Supervising projects on site.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal ability.
- Expertise in time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and plans.
- Advanced math and computer skills.
- Creativity and artistic ability.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Experience in supervising projects on site (renovation of projects, supervision will be considered as an advantage).
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiar with architectural software (ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, 3Dsmax etc) and rendering.
- Ability to self-manage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 2+ years of experience.
