The team offers technical support to the company’s operations contributing to the overall aim of the company, which is for guests to have a digitalized hospitality experience. The ambitious team consists of Software Developers, QA Engineers, Designers, Customer Service, Operations and Accounting.

About the Role
Provides support to the accounts receivable department and performs accounts receivable functions.
This position reports directly to the AR Specialist in Kosovo. This position will work with various departments to ensure timely and accurate month-end closing.
Some of the day to day:
- Prepare customer invoices and reconcile customer balance statements
- Follow up on account statements and other discrepancies regarding payment of accounts
- Reconcile bank and check payments
- Adjust journal entries if they were booked incorrectly
- Assist with month-end close and run monthly reports as required
- Keep tracking the past-due invoices and collecting outstanding debts by email and phone
- Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans
- Handle customers’ questions or complaints
- Build trust with debtors
- Update account status and database regularly
- Assists with special accounting projects as needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics
- 2 years’ experience with AR responsibilities
- Food & Beverage Finance background or hospitality experience is preferred but not required
- Self-starter, an individual who can work independently
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, demonstrate a “can-do” positive attitude
- Great communication skills – verbal and written
- Be skillful in phone and email communication as the contact with clients will be extensive and ongoing
- Ability to solve problems, keep clean records and meet deadlines
- Very familiar with accounting software such as Sage & QBO
- Good skills using MS Excel and Word
- Great interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others in a team environment
