KODE Labs is seeking a talented, hands-on, self-directed Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a newly established role where you will be responsible for developing and supporting digital campaigns for a fast-growing, global, and audience-specific market. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will develop a strong marketing strategy, create and share content across different channels, and build digital assets for key enterprise clients.
You’re a versatile person and feel comfortable working independently with heavy research, and collaborating with clients and a cross-functional team to develop a strong brand voice. You’re a creative person who thinks BIG and who tells stories that stick with the audience.
What will you do:
- Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
- Obtain a thorough understanding of our products, internal standards, and differentiators to develop marketing strategies aimed at increasing effective communications and brand awareness.
- Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
- Develop, implement, and track the efficiency of marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms and develop a strong brand voice.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives.
- You can take a concept and turn it into a visual masterpiece.
- You’re an expert at figuring out what motivates people to buy or take action.
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, content writing, or PR for international companies.
- Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools (e.g. Google Ads and Google Analytics).
- Fluency in English.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (English).
- You’re someone who cares about the details (the devil is in the details, right?)
- Strong prioritization and organization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong quantitative, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of multimedia production tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Premiere Pro would be an advantage.
