Sales Development Representative

KODE Labs, headquartered in Detroit, Michigan is seeking to hire a full-time Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Prishtina, Kosova, to work together with our sales team to further grow our platform in the global market. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Respond, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
- Generate outboud prospecting
- Generate leads and prospects for new customers by warm / cool emailing, virtual networking, or working other relevant channels
- Understand company service offerings and utilize that knowledge to initiate daily activities that will generate relevant sales leads
- Cold call into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources
- Profile strategic accounts by identifying key individuals, conducting research, and presenting strategy to start the sales cycle
- Nurture and consistently follow up new leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with an Account Executive
- Help qualify leads, set appointments, and schedule demos for Account Executive when a lead is qualified
- Ensure successful follow through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application
- Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence
- Analyze and understand RFPs and the process of writing proposals.
- Experience in lead generation and sales
- Strategic and analytical skills as they pertain to sales strategies and operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both in written and verbal
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Doer mindset that takes initiative and ownership
- Energetic and proactive – act without being told what to do
- Proven use of LinkedIn and Google Apps
- Fluent in written and spoken English language
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, finance or related fields.
