Talent Acquisitions Specialist

At KODE Labs, we are always looking to strengthen our company by adding the best available talent to our team. We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill open positions within our company. This team member will utilize an ongoing strategy of identifying specialists, team-leaders and focus on long term human resources planning.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Create and implement recruitment processes to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Identify and refine the most suitable talent, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
- Collaborate with management, HR, Team Leads and external parties on hiring by ensuring active coordination and communication of recruitment data
- Analyze, prepare and present recruitment reports
- Network with employees, potential candidates, organizations, universities to ensure a clear representation of what KODE Labs offers
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
- Lead employer branding initiatives and sourcing potential candidates through recruitment events, online company career portals, recruitment sites, and social platforms
- Promote the employee experience at KODE Labs
- Work experience in talent acquisition, human resources or similar roles
- Experience and understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions, CV databases, social media or other professional networks to proactively source candidates
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills – in English and Albanian
- Technical background is an advantage but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, English or other related fields
