KODE Labs, headquartered in Detroit, Michigan is seeking to hire a full-time Sales Estimator to join our dynamic team in Prishtina, Kosova, to work together with our sales team to further grow our platform in the global market. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide technical support to the sales team to communicate services and client needs
- Provide support to customers and resolves problems with services provided
- Read construction project plans, drawings, designs, and specifications
- Develop project budget / pricing
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both in written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English language
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with the ability to explain technical products
- Excellent understanding of floor plan and layouts
- Excellent ability to read and respond to RFPs / specifications related to building systems and infrastructure
- Strong ability to apply engineering and technology principles to sales
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related fields.
