Tasks Overview:
As a System Administrator at Teleperformance, you will be responsible for maintaining, upkeeping, and configuring different systems to ensure a reliable systems/software operation. Another crucial engagement will be monitoring system/software performance and troubleshooting issues by supporting other team members when encountering problems.
You will be part of the Teleperformance global team whom will be providing the initial training on the corporate tools and software.
Profile:
- Excellent knowledge in English and preferably in German (not a must!)
- Basic understanding of databases (MS SQL)
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server Administration
- Good to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
- Excellent analytical thinking skills and the ability to analyze problems/challenges and find solutions.
- Programming knowledge in MSSQL and PowerShell is desirable but not essential.
