Job Title: Senior Financial Accountant – Kosovo

Locations: We are headquartered in Bristol, UK with international offices in NY, Miami and Kosovo.
Key Responsibilities
- The role principally provides support to our financial accounting, financial processing, and monthly financial reporting.
- Specific duties will include:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance
- Prepare statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Check for compliance with local, state, and federal laws in all financial documents
- Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
- Preparing Monthly payroll for approval, payment set up, authorisation and payslips
- Preparing and analysing commission and bonus payments due to Global sales team
- Assist with the fiscal year-end and fixed asset accounting.
- Support and guidance for Kosovo finance team as part of UK finance function
- Ad hoc support for the UK finance function
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Accounting certification
Professional experience
- Minimum 4 years of accounting/finance experience
- Good written and spoken command of English
Ideal requirements
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Highly competent Excel user,
- Experience in modelling and financial reporting.
- Great communication skills
- Passionate about getting the job done to a high standard
- Ideally (but not a core requirement) experience using CRM (Salesforce) and NetSuite accounting package.
- Experience working for international company/organisation
