General Manager
EPPC Kosovo, on behalf of its client, a leader distribution company, with more than 20 years of experience in distribution and offering best innovative products, is recruiting a General Manager.
Essential responsibilities:
- Organizes, manages and supervises all sales, distribution and logistics activities as well as the activities related to the management of trademarks;
- Establishes and maintains a sound organizational structure that supports business growth;
- Responsible for strategic development, management and control of all business activities;
- Creates and implements short-term and medium-term revenue and business growth plans;
- Coordinates all business processes and organizational changes, within the agreed budgets;
- Ensures compliance with the rules and procedures of the company;
- Monitors the work of the competition in order to identify potential business threats and / or opportunities, prepares amendments to business plans accordingly;
- Conducts negotiations on significant business projects and ventures in the domain of its work;
- Leads by example by modeling positive leadership, integrity, respect, skill, and sound judgment in all activities and interactions, both internally and externally;
- Other related duties and responsibilities as required by the Board of Directors.
Professional Expertise and Key Skills:
- University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field is required;
- Proven working experience for 5+ years in trade industry; at least 2 years in management positions;
- Fluency in Albanian and English languages is required;
- Ability to interpret and apply the understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions;
- Ability to apply business and marketplace knowledge to advance the company’s goals and objectives;
- Ability to use the global perspective when approaching issues to growth the business
- Long-term planning and strategic mindset; Innovation mindset to develop the business strategy and results
- Ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders;
- Excellent written and communication skills.
