We’re looking for a full-time Customer Support Lead who will join Twig team in Prishtina to support our fast-growing base of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat, and social media;
- Improve modes of operations to make customer service easier for both team members and customers;
- Maintaining high service standards and continually improving the service to our customers;
- Respond to customer complaints and escalating issues as necessary;
- Support continuous improvement ethos within the contact center.
- Actively seeking to improve processes and workflows.
- Working well within a dynamic team environment.
- Investigating and resolving issues whilst proactively seeking solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong customer focus;
- Showing ownership and accountability for offering solutions to help and benefit our customers;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Aptitude to work with a team in a changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in Customer Support;
- Showcase good leadership skills to carry team members along;
- Ability to balance workload and deal with multiple priorities.
