Reports To: The Data Scientist will report to CTO Manager of the country and in a dotted line to the regional Head of Analytics (CEMEA).

Job Overview: The role is meant to lead researching, developing, and applying cutting-edge ML & NLP algorithms to build innovative solutions that solve our client's most challenging problems driving the direction of their digital transformation.

Tasks:

• Consults with internal and external clients to identify profitable ROI opportunities to implement data science solutions to business problems at an advanced level.
• Developing highly scalable algorithms based on state-of-the-art ML and NLP techniques such as predictive modeling, featurizing text, sentiment analysis, recommendation systems, association rules, linear and non-linear optimization, Bayesian Inference, causal analysis, and stochastic dynamic graphs to build products related.
• Technically assess the accuracy and relevance (from a business perspective) of the solutions implemented by 3rd party vendors via A/B testing, backtesting, etc.
• Drive the direction of the Digital Transformation journey through a mix of meticulous research, creativity, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Communicate analysis results with compelling storytelling, influencing, and enhancing the interactions with millions of people that drive and deliver millions of euros in impact to TP's bottom line.
• Acts as an analytics product owner translating business needs into analytics projects and actions.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a highly quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Math, Operations Research, etc.) or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred.
• Fluency with at least one data science/analytics programming language 
• Minimum one year of experience in at least one of the following industries: Contact Center, Consulting, Information Technology, BPO, Outsourcing, Offshoring.
• Strong algorithmic background with a deep understanding and usage of 3rd party vendors' analytical solutions.
• Strong EDA background and experience with visualization from Power BI/ Tableau dashboards.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to a broad spectrum of cross-functional team members.
