INCLUSIVE ECONOMIC ENGAGEMENT ACTIVITY (IEEA)
REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS (RFA) 001-RFA-2024

The USAID Kosovo Inclusive Economic Engagement Activity is a five-year activity aimed at empowering and reviving women- and minority-owned micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSME) negatively impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Community Development Fund (CDF), the implementing partner of USAID for “Inclusive Economic Engagement Activity”, is seeking applications from qualified, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) owned by members of the Serbian community.
The size of any single grant awarded under this RFA will be up to $10,000.00.
Eligibility information
All awards issued under the IEE Activity funds will be subject to the eligibility requirements set forth below:
MSMEs owned by members of the Serbian Community that are legally registered in Kosovo and have been in operation for at least one year. (A copy of the business registration certificate should be submitted as proof)
Application and submission information
Applications can be submitted in two languages(English and Serbian). Applicants should submit written Full Grant Applications to IEEA’s Grants Department electronically, via email to [email protected] or in hard copy at the CDF/IEEA premises in the following address: str. Ahmet Krasniqi, Arberi B-A | 1F, Prishtina, Kosovo.

The deadline for receipt of requests for clarifications / explanations is June 14, 2024.
In addition, four RFA information sessions with potential applicants will be organized in the following municipalities:
- Gračanica – Municipality Building – June 10, 2024 (10:00 - 11:00)
- Ranilug – Municipality Building - June 10, 2024 (13:00 - 14:00)
- Mitrovica North – Office of NGO ACDC- June 11, 2024 (13:00- 14:00)
- Štrpce – Municipality Building – June 12, 2024 (11:00 - 12:00)
The Closing Date for Submission of Applications is June 28, 2024 and the Closing Time for Submission of Applications is 16:00 hours local Kosovo Time.
All applications must be received before the closing date and time.
