Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Cold Caller. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by making outbound cold calls to potential clients and scheduling appointments for a team of in-home sales representatives in Chicago.

Responsibilities:

  • Make a minimum of 250 outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate new business leads daily
  • Introduce the company's products or services to potential clients and explain their benefits
  • Conduct research on potential clients and identify key decision-makers
  • Identify and address client's needs and concerns
  • Set up appointments for the sales team with interested clients
  • Maintain accurate records of calls made and results achieved
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and appointment quotas
  • Continuously improve through feedback and coaching

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of spoken English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and understand the company's products or services
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Hubspot CRM software
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

We offer a competitive compensation package of base + commission, if you are ambitious and willing to work hard there is unlimited earning potential.
