KODE Labs is seeking a talented Product Manager to join our growing team. This is a role where you will be responsible for defining a clear vision that aligns with engineering team goals while keeping up-to-date on all developments essential to achieving our desired outcomes.
You are a professional who has attention to detail, excellent communication skills, knowledge about the market they’re working within and industry trends to develop and oversee a successful product strategy. You are very passionate about building products that customers love.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.
- Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations.
- Keeping up with timelines for implementation, delivery schedules, and deadlines during the development phase.
- Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
- Understand, research, and follow technical trends in the industry and in general.
- Assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage.
- Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly.
- Assess and address technical risks
- Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems.
- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
- Collect and synthesize inputs from engineering, sales, business units, vertical marketing group and the market to lead business and products direction.
- Own product specifications, requirements, and release plans.
- 2 years of work experience in product or project management for software development
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its life
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management cycle.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in the organization
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Enthusiastic about new technology and its transformational abilities.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Solid work ethic, high integrity and represent products at a professional level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or equivalent preferred.
