As a Scrum Master you are required to:

• Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective collaboration.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product owner, developers, designers to drive project success.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team productivity and progress.
• Monitor Project Progress: Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Promote Agile Best Practices: Advocate for continuous improvement and adherence to Agile methodologies within the team and organization.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resource Planning: Assist in allocating resources efficiently to optimize team performance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication with all project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in a software development environment.
• Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Project Management Tools: Proficiency with Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
• SDLC Knowledge: Good understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Language Proficiency: Upper-intermediate level of English.
