UI/UX Designer

Tetbit is an Application and Software development and IT consulting company. We're looking for a skilled and experienced  UI/UX Designer. 

Responsibilities:

• Gather design inspiration through research and benchmarking
• Collect, analyze, and use data to make design decisions
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and collaborate in the brand identity design, identify opportunities to improve user experience in software applications
• Attention to detail
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite programs to perform job duties
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Execute all visual design stages and deliver UX design assets such as wireframes, prototypes, design specifications, icons, etc to the development team

Required experience/Skills:

• 3+ years of UI/UX Designer Experience
• UX research
• Wireframing and UI Prototyping
• Up-to-date with web UI/UX design and development and associative industries
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Solid knowledge of data visualization and how it applies to creating impactful visual designs
• User Research and Strategy
• Visual communication
• Collaboration
