We are currently seeking (2) Back Office Support/Insurance Services to join our Prishtina office.
These team members will serve as loaned staff to our Insurance business entity based in the United States: Main Street P&C Agency.
Brief Description
RLN Advisors and Consultants LLC is seeking (2) Back Office Support/Insurance Services to provide day-to-day service and direct support to new and existing insurance clients. He/She will support sales programs and business objectives to enhance business strategy and achieve goals relative to profitability, cost control, and organizational effectiveness.
Tasks
- Establish contact with carriers, wholesalers, etc.
- Generate new leads;
- Familiarize with insurance products and conduct sales
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing/new insurance clients.
- Conduct phone prospecting, face-to-face prospection, and any other forms.
- Keep track of clients;
- Complete administrative tasks (maintain records, handle policy renewals, provide needed documents, etc.);
- Register all sales and keep track of finances;
- Provide assistance to clients;
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Economics or relevant field;
- The ideal candidate will have basic MC Office skills, adaptability to new software, strong analytical capability, conflict resolution; skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills;
- English language competency is mandatory;
- Insurance-related experience is a bonus.
Line of communication
- Position will report directly to Insurance Producers, and Director, Country Lead.
