About the Position
Dexis is seeking professionals for the anticipated USAID-funded Community Cooperation Activity in Kosovo. The anticipated Activity is expected to address attitudes and behaviors of individuals and institutions to build consensus around a shared future in a multiethnic state.
Please submit expressions of interest and CVs for the following positions:
- Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) with technical capabilities in conflict and violence prevention, social cohesion, and peacebuilding.
- Director of Operations, Finance, and Administration
- Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager
- Communications Specialist
- Senior management positions in civic education, youth engagement, municipal governance, information integrity, social cohesion, and gender, equity, and social inclusion.
Qualifications
- Experience with USAID or other donor projects
- Strong communication skills and management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team context and as a team leader.
- Excellent organization and planning skills.
- Experience in engaging and working with non-majority communities to promote inclusion in and equitable access to government services and institutions.
- Strong language skills both written and oral in English and local languages.
