Call for Expression of Interest for HR Management Software Solution for Solidar Suisse SEE

1. Introduction

Solidar Suisse is seeking expressions of interest from qualified vendors to supply and implement an HR management software solution. The purpose of this EOI is to identify potential vendors who can provide a comprehensive, scalable, and customizable HR management software solution that aligns with our organization's current and future HR needs.

We invite interested vendors to submit an Expression of Interest to demonstrate their capability and expertise in providing HR management software, including relevant product features, implementation services, and support.

2. About Solidar Suisse SEE

Solidar Suisse is an international organization with approximately 10-50 employees spread across multiple regions. We are looking to modernize our HR operations, streamline administrative tasks, improve employee experience, and gain better insights into workforce data.

3. Scope of HR Management Software

We are seeking an HR management software solution that includes, but is not limited to, the following core functionalities:

• Employee Management
• Payroll and Benefits Administration
• Time and Attendance
• Vocation Module: Records of vocations including Annual, Medical etc…
• Performance Management including motivation
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Learning and Development – Training module
• Employee Self-Service Portal
• Reporting and Analytics

We are particularly interested in a solution that is scalable, flexible, and capable of integrating with our HR rules and regulations and actual HR management tool

4. Evaluation Criteria

EOIs will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Demonstrated experience in providing HR management software solutions, particularly in organizations of similar size and industry.
• The software's ability to meet the core requirements outlined in the scope above.
• Ability to tailor the solution to our specific needs and to scale as the organization grows.
• Availability of post-implementation support, training programs, and customer service.
• General information about pricing models (e.g., subscription, per-user, one-time license fee) and an indication of overall cost.
• Estimated timeline for implementation, including key milestones.

5. Submission Requirements

Interested vendors should submit the following information by 10.01.2025:

• Company profile (including background, size, and areas of expertise, registration certificate)
• Overview of the proposed software solution (key features and capabilities)
• High-level implementation plan (timeline, resources required)
• Relevant case studies or examples of similar implementations
• Preliminary pricing information (if available)
• Contact information (including primary point of contact, phone, and email)

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

All information provided in response to this EOI will be treated confidentially. Vendors are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of Solidar Suisse and its employees.

7. Next Steps

Following the submission of EOIs, Solidar Suisse will review the submissions and may invite selected vendors to participate in a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) process or conduct further discussions. Please note that submission of an EOI does not guarantee selection or participation in the next phase of the procurement process.
