staffiX and Gent Shala Consulting are companies specialized in the field of recruitment and selection of staff. We’re looking for an energetic, dedicated, and professional candidate to take on the role of Marketing and Event Manager to join our client’s Event Management Industry. Their main responsibility will be focusing on analyzing the company’s needs and developing strategies to grow the client base, while concentrating on creating promotional ideas for fairs in different sectors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess the company’s requirements to attract and expand the client base while devising creative strategies to promote fairs and events
• Supervise the work of the design team and social media managers to ensure alignment between visual content, written materials, and sales timelines
• Collaborate with the sales team to support their growth efforts and implement effective practices based on market trends
• Organize and oversee on-site visits domestically and internationally while evaluating the company’s participation in relevant fairs and events
• Ensure consistency and quality in design work and social media activities to maintain the brand’s effectiveness and appeal
• Prepare detailed reports on marketing and event activities and outcomes, ensuring alignment with management objectives and expectations

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

• Having a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in marketing, event planning, or business management
• Good communication skills in English, both written and oral
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies and market trends
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• Experience in creating and managing both visual and written content
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Driving license
