GSI is currently seeking to employ two (2) Receptionists (part-time/full-time) in our office in Prishtina.

GSI Associates (www.gsiassociates.com) is an international group delivering business support services worldwide including corporate advisory, financial consulting, outsourcing, translations, cyber, and sales and marketing services. We are a British owned and managed international consulting company based in London with offices in Kosovo, Malta, North Macedonia, and Romania. GSI first established in the Balkans with the Romania division in 2009 followed by the North Macedonian office in 2015, the Kosovo office in 2019 and recently the Malta office in 2020.

We are looking for two Receptionists who will be responsible for managing the office’s front desk, answering and directing phone calls, receiving messages, and sharing information with co-workers and management team. The successful candidates should have previous experience in a similar position, preferably in international companies and multi-ethnic environments.

Key Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience as a receptionist, office administrator or in a similar role
  • Previous work experience in multi-cultural environment and with international companies will be considered a plus
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Albanian; working knowledge of another language is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and communication tools such as Teams, Zoom, Google Meet
  • Proven record of excellent customer care and telephone manner
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and orally
  • Strong work ethic, organisational and time management skills
  • Pro-active, diligent, and positive attitude to completing tasks
  • Ability to identify immediate requirements and prioritise workloads as necessary
  • Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
  • Highly self-motivated, accurate, and detail-oriented
     

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively on the phone and email with the international clients and staff, take accurate notes and provide all the necessary information 
  • Professionally answer incoming calls for the company, routing calls as necessary, receiving messages and sharing it with the stakeholders
  • Answer and assist a multi-line phone system, directing customers to the appropriate department
  • Deal with clients and staff requests in a courteous and highly professional manner
  • Provide a high level of customer care via telephone and email, demonstrating professionalism at all times
  • Schedule appointments and provide a wide range of administrative support for the team as necessary
  • Communicates daily information to other receptionists to ensure an effective workflow
  • Assist staff and the management team with diary management including setting up meetings and calls
  • Complete all tasks efficiently and in timely manner
  • Fully adhere to agreed procedures for all duties undertaken
