Sales Support Manager (m/f/x)

To support our international Sales-Team we are looking for you – an experienced Sales Support Manager (m/f/x).
Our goal is to provide customers with a functional website featuring the best possible booking technology – we are constantly removing barriers and adapting to new trends. A small team of creative and friendly people in the front-end and back-end area is currently working to constantly improve our booking technology, with new challenges every day.
We are also happy to receive applications form current: Sales Agent, Sales Assistant, Customer Service Agent.
YOUR JOB
- Support the Head of International Sales and a team of International Sales Managers
- Office management and administrative tasks
- Price maintenance in reservation system ASSD
- Assist with documenting new features and functions relating to system modifications
- Support with pre and after-sales activities
- Support sales managers in handling and documenting customer accounts and their day to day operations
- Assist with organizing a&o events in Europe
- Work with Salesforce, PMS system and preparation of reports
- Actively inform the sales team of customer-related issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor degree or similar
- First experience in sales, preferably in the hotel industry
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), more languages are a plus
- Strong organizational and administration skills; a keen attention to detail
- Perfect handling of IT and MS Office programs
- You have the ability to work independently, a pro-active attitude and results-oriented
- Knowledge of Salesforce and PMS systems
- Experience in supporting a sales team is a bonus

a&o Hostels does not currently operate a hostel in Kosovo, but our Service Centre with approx.40 employees in various departments is located in 10520 Pristina, Bërnicë e Epërme, in the building Restorant Berlini. This is also where the advertised position would be located.
