Seeking Exceptional Product Manager, Starting Now
Oxford Property Group is a NYC-based, national, entrepreneurial real estate brokerage. We’ve nearly doubled in size over the past year, and now house over 1,000 agents and service tens of thousands of real estate customers. Our organizational structure is very flat, and our office atmosphere is casual and familial.
We have been building an in-house technology platform for the past 6 years. We’re re-investing in technology as a core driver of value in our business, with an eye toward selling our in-house product nationally and internationally. We know equipping real estate agents and consumers with intelligent software tools will be the key differentiator in our industry over the next 10 years. To that end:
We are looking for a Product Manager, Starting Now
Your responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end success of projects from discovery to launch
- Own the product vision and work with our data scientists to create meaningful problem statements.
- Maintain and manage the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and data teams.
- Identify new areas for growth through quantitative search and UX studies.
- Analyze market trends and maintain an awareness of competitor activity.
- Provide support to the sales and marketing teams by communicating product features and functionality.
- Serve as the face of the product within the company, and act as the point person to leadership.
- Determine your teams’ metrics for success.
- Influence key stakeholders across our organization to align intent and prioritization.
- Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages
- Write high-level requirements
- Manage all aspects of in-life products, including agents feedback, requirements and issues
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience as a Product Manager / At least 3 years experience working with digital products.
- Experience with or demonstrable knowledge of agile product management.
- A fast learning with natural curiosity and a hunger for learning more.
- A team player who is great at building professional working relationships.
- A creative problem solver who loves to think outside of the box.
- A self-starter who works well both collaboratively and as an individual contributor.
- Empathy, and a genuine desire to solve our customer’s problems.
While not a requirement, it would be ideal if you were willing to make trips to NYC, particularly after the first year in the role.
